What we collect
We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details when you place a reservation. We also collect technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to process your order, send shipping notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties under any circumstances.
Payment data
All payment information is processed by Stripe. Arrivé never stores your card number, CVV, or banking details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
Shipping data
Your delivery address is shared with our shipping partner (EasyPost / carrier) solely to create your shipping label and deliver your order.
Email communications
We send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notification) via Resend. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Order data is retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@arrive.com. Note that we are required to retain financial records.
