Reservations
Placing a reservation constitutes an agreement to purchase. Payment is processed immediately by Stripe. Made-to-order items (Executive edition) are committed to production upon payment confirmation. Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are shown in USD and are final. Duties and taxes applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Arrivé is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Natural leather variations in grain, shade, and texture are inherent properties of the material and are not considered defects. Your bag will look and feel slightly different from photographs. That is the nature of full grain leather.
Lifetime restoration
The lifetime restoration covenant covers repair of manufacturing defects, re-stitching, and hardware replacement caused by normal wear over time. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or exposure to extreme conditions. Arrivé reserves the right to assess each restoration request and determine the appropriate course of action.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items shipped. See our Return Policy for full details. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of return approval.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including images, copy, brand marks, and design, is owned by Arrivé and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Arrivé liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
